Placed my order on 6/2/2016 and STILL do not have my order. They gave me a fake USPS tracking no.

and continue to blame the USPS as the reason why I have not yet received my order. I've notified the company that should I EVER receive my order, I will be returning them immediately for a full refund. They've already advised that I'm not eligible for a full refund even though their website indicates 100% money back guarantee.

Nothing on the website is true - not the 1st time buyer discount, shipping times, nor return policy. The company takes your money and gives you nothing in return.

Product or Service Mentioned: Glassesusa Shipping Service.

Reason of review: Problem with delivery.

Monetary Loss: $154.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

That's exactly what is happening to me right now. I feel scammed.

My order has now taken a month and a half pending delivery. Their phone number does not work and I also received a fake tracking number.

They said I am not eligible for a refund because once it leaves their facility they are no longer responsible. This is crazy.
