GlassesUSA.com was contracted to prepare a pair of multi-focal lenses in a wireless frame.The original order was botched with one lens misattached to the frame in a manner that altered the prescription.
I chose to have a replacment produced and sent original glasses back. It took 2 weeks for replacements to begin being processed, after multiple calls and emails, and then the item, which shipped from Thailand, was not delivered as claimed by UPS.
I asked for a refund and "customer service" balked at returning my money after almost 60 days and no glasses.GlassesUSA is a fraudlent company and NO ONE should waste time and money with them!
