Total trash. I called multiple times to cancel my order and on the link they send to completed a return or cancellation it said my order had been successfully cancelled; however, for some reason I kept receiving update emails about my glasses being made and shipped.

CALLED SEVERAL TIMES TO CANCEL SHIPMENT AND I WAS TOLD IT HAD BEEN CANCELLED. 2 days later I received an email informing my glasses were on the way. Scam. Scam.

Scam. I found cheaper and probably better quality frames from a site called eyebuydirect. I will be informing my credit card company asap to refund my money.

What garbage customer service and what a garbage site. Unbelievable.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

I didn't like: Repeatedly ignore customer requests, Customer service, Staff is could care less and lies s, Product and customer service.
