Total ripoff. Took forever to ship. Never sent tracking numbers. Ship DHL to USPS. No insurance. Tracking says left in mailbox which was a lie. Never received. Now they say my problem. Someone should initiate class action lawsuit.

I have waited over 6 weeks now for a pair of reading glasses. They made them wrong the first time. I returned them because I love the frames. Now I have waited 3 weeks for them to correct their mistake and they won't even upgrade the shipping to express for my inconvenience. They have terrible customer service. I won't buy from them again.
