3 shipments all incorrect. Lies about sending an RA. Two supervisors lied about what they would do to help. They have done nothing. Almost 4 months trying to solve this issue. I wrote corporate , no reply.

I have had more than 40 emails between myself and the company regarding the order of two different pairs of glasses one that was delivered to me with the wrong prescription lens on the left, they recognize their failure in reading the prescription and even posted the wrong prescription in the prescription card identifying there optical processing. The company itself only uses a call-center based out of the Philippines that none of the staff there can or is willing to give direct contact information on how to contact the corporate office either based in New York or in Illinois which is the receiving center for all returns.

You need to dispute the charge with your credit card company ASAP. GlassesUSA will NEVER refund your money, no matter what- it's their "business model": Take your money and your order, then order the cheapest *** glasses they can find in China, then they'll email you and say "your order wasn't correct" (to cover up the fact that they're ordering from China) and then in about 3 weeks from now you'll get some complete piece of junk and from then on GlassesUSA will simply ignore you and your repeated requests for a refund. The ONLY way people get their money back from this FRAUD of a company is by disputing the charges with their credit card companies or banks.

The glasses I received was not what my doctor had prescribed. GlassesUSA states they have a 90 return policy. If this was a product malfunction, I could understand. However, this is a prescription fulfillment (optician) error which I doctor found when examining my glasses at my next appointment. BEWARE CONSUMERS...this company has no concern or accountability for their service.

Details
I ordered a $300 pair of glasses. The ear piece broke off after regular use for 1.5 months. Ive contacted customer service by phone and email probably a dozen times over 2 weeks. All they say is your request is being forwarded to our returns department. In the mean time i have no glasses and i am not able to wear contacts. Super irriated from just being bounced around the customer service department. Never buying here again.
