I was told I would have to print the return label. I don't have a printer. I was told I needed to print the label in order to return my order. I was given no other option.

The glasses don't fit just need to return them. The recording kept going in and out as far as the volume. I eventually got the information I needed.

I received similar treatment in returning a pair of glasses that were within "the return policy". I just lost $238. It's too bad we would spend lots of money to file a lawsuit...
