Never. Just asked me to ok my email!that I already had on file in my app!.
I never got them.
12 days later.I looked into the tracking and it told me my order was still in production. This is when I had my issues! I went to chat and call and all i got was a digital representative that kept telling me they can not find my order Everything I put in was correct. Name, email, order # I got NO WHERE!
I did this all day long I was told they had technical difficulties
try back later in an email .All I wanted to do is speak with a human being!! Never got that! Sent a few nasty emails to them and heard back from a woman named, Janet Foster who spoke lovely words full of garbage.. She told me the email on file was wrong.
BULL!!!
She never answered why my glasses are still in production only told me that she located my glasses and if I want to change my email I Can!
I have to give them permission. really?? They are horrible to work with if you have problems
They were recommended as one of the top 10 companies when I researched! Not the top for me!
I am working with another company now and should receive my glasses in a more timely fashion without the bull##%+!
They got my money without any issues!!! My glasses should be free at this point!

Im horrified. Eyesight can put a life n jeopardy while driving.
First off, i ordered two cheap pairs of glasses. I sent a prescription that was for my contacts on accident. I called within minutes of noticing and spoke to a human AND through the chat. The correct prescription was then on my account, and showing properly.
I wait weeks, then one of the two pairs came in the mail. The RX card they include said the prescription was a +3, and mine is no where near that! I went back online and checked, my account still has the correct rx. So i reached out via the chat, and spoke to a human, finally.
I got the return information and had to go out of my own way to confirm that the second pair will be the correct one. The person messaged the info of the prescription on file, i confirmed that it was the correct one. I asked to make sure the second pair would be correct. The person said they are in production, luckily i can see through my account that this pair was also going to be incorrect.
This random, no where near prescription was on the details page, yet still, my account has only ONE prescription that is correct. So i told the person on the chat and he reassured me he would make sure that production knows. Waiting another week, i get the second pair in the mail. This time, they did not include the RX card, which i had sent a photograph of the last one to the chat to prove they had sent the wrong prescription, correct cheap frames though.
They too are wrong! I paid for expedited shipping. They then messed up my prescription and when they got the one that was correct, it was more expensive. The person in the chat did not ask for more money, i had to go out of my way and ask how to pay for the difference.
Another hour wasted, being on the phone trying to tell an automated machine i need to pay more money. I feel like i had to fight them to give them my money. The second pair, i went back on the live chat and spoke to a person Sierra Brooks. They just responded with the same response you would expect someone who goes by a script.
I asked then, how can i lodge a complaint? She responded to leave it in this chat here... uhhh.. That insulting to your customers intelligence.
Do they really think leaving THAT person the complaint, they will pass it on? Now after all that, i get a return request and the label to return the second pair. Mind you, I'm fast and was still on the chat. The label would come up as error, it wouldn't load.
Remind you, that i did this weeks ago the first time and I'm very tech savvy. I asked Sierra in the chat if i can get another label, or how can i go about getting one that works. She then responded with a link on where i can drive it and drop it off during business hours. I run a business, I don't have the time to waste my time and gas and bring my special needs child outside to bring glasses back that they messed up.
Its been a while and i still don't have my glasses and i was depending on them.
That part is my fault, i should know better not to depend on these online companies. Still not sure where to complain so I'm just going to find places to review, and leave them there.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with partial refund. The CEO apologized for the error, refunded the cost of the delivery, and assured me that this is not the norm for the company.
The CEO of Glassesusa sent me an apology letter. The letter was genuine and acknowledged my specific concerns.
The CEO also ensured that my delivery fee was returned to me, which was all I wanted.
Because of this, I will give them another try in the future. I appreciate that he stepped in to resolve this in a timely manner.
They told me they would not arrive until the following Monday. I asked for my 19.95 next-day delivery fee to be refunded, and they refused. They kept saying if you order on a weekend, the order will be delayed. I did NOT order on a weekend.
They also refused to acknowledge that the guaranteed delivery date was Saturday.
Their customer service is the worst I've ever encountered. They literally end calls with you while you are still talking. I was not rude, but they kept hanging up on me saying they have to deal with other customers. And they kept quoting the shipping policy, which did not apply to me.
They were deliberately misconstruing the policy and quoting passages that had no application to my situation.
They also sent my confirmation of the wrong email.
I entered the email address, and they sent it to an old email address on file anyway.
The whole thing is a scam. Even if you contact their "help" email, it sends you a message back saying the email is not routinely monitored.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. Ihere was no way to get out of any customer service "loop" to discuss a specific problem not listed in the option - by telephone or bot. This went on for weeks, and it was only when I finally had the option of cancelling my lost order that I could request and finally receive a refund - but there was absolutely no comment from Customer Care on the failure of their service, and steps to correct it.
Your in transit delivery message today quotes the wrong address: the first part is correct (Denver) but the last part has my UK billing address written on it.
The correct address is:

User's recommendation: My recommendation is never to use Glasses USA unless you want to be ignored when you have an urgent situation (of their making). "Customer Service chat" was just a bot-loop that did not address my problem. Emails were ignored. Telephone options were also in a futile loop. I paid for fastest delivery service, and my "delivery notification" was headed 7-9 working days, and then at the bottom of the email 3-5 working days. Tracking link did not work. And these facets were not even my main problem, of the Glasses being sent to the wrong address! I timed my visit to the USA so ghat I could receive my glasses, and still be within the return window time, if necessary. I have no idea if I will receive my glasses during the next 6 days, or where they will be delivered to! I would advise steering clear of this company, unless you enjoy being frustrated and poorly served.

Obviously, your supposed premium shipping estimates on delivery are aspirational. Please contact me as soon as possible.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. Explained that the transaction only works in direct sun and not in the car.
I'm frustrated that I cannot get a response to my request. Their customer service is the worst.
I cannot get responses to my inquiries, and when I request a refund, they don't refund the full amount.
They have no problem taking my money, but when I need support, it's very hard to get it. I shouldn't have to wait weeks and weeks to get a response back.

First I m very unhappy with your company.
I place my order on 7/29 and I received email for production start on 7/30. (Pics attached ) .
In my order, Ottoto Bedford Park Shiny Black is 3 days production and
Ray-Ban RB2140 Wayfarer Shiny Black is 6 days production. I also received email my order will delivery separately. However, tuesday 8/6( after week order) I checked order online the production time is 8/4. I did call to your company and ask what s happen talk to bruno and he told me he didnt know.
Then I wait to see what happen. Then next 4 day I check it back 8/8 I show production time is change to 8/7. Oi make other call and talk to Nelson Lopez. Because of his limitation I want to talk to manager and he make request call for Manager.
And the email show me your Manager will call me in 24 hours (pic attached ). However, he or She didnt call me until Saturday 8/10 then I call your and talk to Bruno. Then until today no manager call back to discuss about problem. Also call back to your company and talk to Kate and Kevin Parker.

I dont like the way this company.
The way company treat customer is very bad. they change the day production start when you have an exactly day. I wan to know when my glass done with production time. So I can see my glasses come.
Your company didnt let me talk to manager and you guy didnt keep your promise that call back even thought in your email told me call back request in 24 hour and if no call will sent me a email. This is very bad service because I can not talk to who can handle your problem.
guys if you want to take problem and spend more than 10 times call and talk to them and then they said you have to wait. then 2 weeks then 3 weeks then you call them too many time they said they give u 2 options one wait other week then see further delay or not, or cancel then wait other month for refund. then call them for refund
just want to remind there are no way for u to question ur order that you already place on phone or chatting.
they way they do it tell you information that you have to wait or manager will talk to u but you have to wait they call u in 24 hours.
in my case they won call me in week then I call them they said you have to wait whenever manager want to call u because they are busy. it mean they will make u cycle wait then call then reschedule then wait then they don't call then reschedule.

I haven’t received an order I placed on September 14, 2024
I ordered contacted on September 14, 2024. I haven't received my order.
I cannot speak with a live person to explain that my apartment number was left off the address. I have ordered from them before and paid through PayPal. Im not sure if why it was left off but I can see that it is on the email confirmation they sent. I just want to speak with someone to clear that up.
However, calling the customer service and doing the live chat havent gotten me anywhere. Plus, they havent reached out to me to inquire anything.
Im sure they can see on their end that I havent received them. I think they were even sent back to them and shipped out again at some point.

I paid for progressive lenses, which means no-line bifocal. When my glasses finally arrived, there was a line.
This is unacceptable. They won't answer the phone or respond to resolve the issue or give me any sort of credit.
That being said, I will not be doing business with this company again. I stand by this!

My glasses have been lost in the mail with the shipper, OSM. After weeks and many attempts, I have been unable to talk to anyone, request another pair or get a refund. The bot told me my "request: was sent to the billing office and will reply within 6 business days", but it's never happened.
