Today is March 16 and we still have no glasses. It does say it was shipped but it was supposed to be here on Friday and now it doesn’t give me a date or even where it is. It been almost a full month waiting on these glasses when I’ve been guaranteed delivery since...

My daughter traumatized by her dad US Army Vet Daniel Shane killed in 2022, struggled enough from his death as she stopped communicating now at 5 making progress but still Kindergarten is difficult accidentally broke her glasses. Her self esteem low due to her issues communicating and the awkwardness that comes with having a "angel daddy" school and friends are hard.

I ordered a replacement for her glasses urgently as her vision is bad. Glassesusa advertised how fast they are. Order February 20th today it is March 12th, speaking with customer service every day getting disgusting responses and no help and broken promises I reached out to Daniel Rothman CEO on glassesusa as my daughter was at risk of being held back as she was missing work due to her vision. He had the nerve to not help me with the order just told me he talked with Jack Winter, but then turn around and offer $100 credit good for 6 months to give these crooks more of my money and time!

Jack winter emails promising overnight delivery on the 12th and delivery on the 13th well no surprise they have not been shipped and called customer service and they can't do anything. My daughter now gets to repeat Kindergarten as this has tremendous impact on her education. She has suffered with feeling confident as she already has communication issues now she's had vision issues which have held her back from her class and she was finally fitting in and this situation has caused her so much trauma.

Most horrible customer experience and consequence i've heard and to a daughter of a army veteran killed when she was 3! They aren't even USA based they are out of Jerusalem they should be banned from practicing business in the USA and my daughter should be compensated.

You need to stop blaming others and take some responsibility. Like the other comment said 16 days doesn’t impact a decision to repeat a grade. Especially kindergarten.

While it's sad and unfortunate that her father died, this has nothing to do with Glasses USA. You received poor customer service; however, the CEO will absolutely not help you.

I would suggest buying a pair through a different company. Her being held back in kindergarten is also your fault, not theirs.

It sounds as if she's needed professional help the past 2 years, which you did not provide for her. Your daughter is owed nothing by this company.

I can’t speak to the time frame on the glasses. My parents can get new ones in-store in five business days.

I’m more concerned with what is going on at that school. I don’t believe for one minute after 5&1/2 months of school and 2&1/2 months left, that 16 school days were what decided to repeat kindergarten.

The production to shipping was promised 3 business days...now 10 days later, they supposedly still in production. 2 pairs...nearly $500 You can't talk to anyone...After deep dive Google searches,,,all the phone numbers are disconnected or go right to a voice mail box...no one ever returns the call. One says they are located in Ontario Canada, another says Tel Aviv Israel. Does anyone know how to contact Daniel Rothman, CEO?

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. After almost a month, I received my glasses.

During those almost 4 weeks, I ordered another pair of glasses from another site and received them in 10 days. So these will be my spare pair.

I placed an order for glasses on December 30, 2023. I received an email that they were in production on December 31 and I would be notified of completion and shipping.

When I hadn't heard anything on January 13, 2024, I called the customer service number. For over 15 minutes I got a recording, no live person. I emailed, without a response, and called customer service again, hitting the prompt for sales. OF COURSE I got a live person - who tried to assist me - but all he could tell me was, "yes, it says they are in production still which is not usual." I asked for a refund and was told he would expedite shipping.

I was told I should be receiving the glasses by January 20. Three and a half weeks is not acceptable. I will file for a refund if the glasses do not arrive by the 20th.

By the way, I used another online company the same day and received my glasses the first week of January. I do not recommend GlassesUSA.Try 39dollarglasses.com instead!

Cant get anybody to answer the phone at glassesusa.com, this is the second time I have to return these glasses. I paid for transition xtractive lenses the right lense does not get dark when sunlight hits it and I cant see out of it. I paid way too much money for the *** quality lens I got. Walmart Vision Center puts out better quality lenses.

A Disheartening Experience with GlassesUSA

I am utterly disappointed and compelled to share my recent ordeal with GlassesUSA, a company I once held in high regard. My journey into the abyss of their customer service began nearly a month ago, when I placed an order for a pair of glasses that my son urgently needed for school.

The order, #10453****, was promised to be delivered within the standard 7-10 business days. However, it quickly turned into a test of patience and resilience.

Attempting to contact their customer service proved to be a Herculean task, with over 25 minutes spent in vain, trying to get through to someone who could assist me. My discovery that their email wasn't monitored added to the frustration, leaving me bewildered and questioning their operational integrity.

As the delays mounted, so did the excuses. Despite my pleas for expedited shippinggiven the urgency of my son's needthe responses I received were lackluster and dismissive.

The promise of express shipping, which turned out to be a mere 3-5 business days instead of the next-day air I had implored for, was the straw that broke the camel's back. This is not what true express shipping represents, especially in a mail-order business where time is of the essence.

The interactions, including those with live agent Kathleen Young, while polite, were ultimately fruitless. The lack of accountability and the failure to genuinely address my concerns have left a sour taste. It's disheartening to see a company not value its customers' time or the urgency of their needs.

The repeated assurances with no substantive follow-through have led me to question the reliability of GlassesUSA.

This experience has been more than just an inconvenience; it has been a glaring testament to the decline in customer service standards. It's not just about the delayed glasses anymoreit's about the principle of the matter. Companies should not make promises they cannot keep, nor should they disregard the genuine concerns of their customers.

In conclusion, I implore GlassesUSA to reevaluate their customer service and operational efficiencies.

No customer should have to endure what I have, especially when the stakes involve something as crucial as a child's ability to see clearly for school. I expected better, and sadly, I was let down.

I ordered 2 pairs of glasses and the lenses were not correct. I returned them after they sent me a pre-paid shipping label. I have not received any communication as to how I get replacement glasses. At this point I just want a refund. You cannot talk to anyone on the phone. The phone number is just a phone tree sending you everywhere there is no live customer service, chat is another phone tree, email is not monitored with more links to click. There is no credit on my account and haven't figured out how to talk to a live person..

Well, the glasses I received were too big for my face. My old glasses that broke, fit me perfectly! So I thought that when I send back the new glasses, I would also include my old glasses so you all could compare the two. And I always received so many compliments on them!! If you dont have the smaller size Ill just keep the larger new pair of glassesif you dont mind sending them back to me! Happy

This company is terrible!! I placed an order and it got stuck when I tried to use Apple Pay. Then I placed an order using debit. Money has been taken out of account. Order has been in production for a week. Ant get ANY information about order. Chat is a useless waste of time!

No live customer service, no way to get help

Sent glasses back for an exchange almost a month ago and the online order status still says they are waiting for the return. I sent back one other product at the exact same time using the return service they required, and they received that right away.

I have confirmations (from the return service they require) that both items were sent. When trying to contact GlassesUSA, none of the automated customer service is able to address this question at all. They even offer several email addresses to use for information which all come back "unattended mailbox".

What gives? I've had very good luck with their product in the past but don't try to get any help.

Delayed and AWFUL Customer Service

My glasses were ordered on Feb 21, werent sent to production until 5 days later. My glasses were delayed in production.

I chatted with the agent and she said my glasses should be shipped before March 6 but they upgraded me to express shipping.

My glasses didnt ship until March 13, and not express shipping.

Just chatted with another agent that was not interested in helping. Said that if I dont receive the glasses by March 21 then I could contact them back. Then ended the chat!

This is the absolute worst customer service I have ever had.

Its hard to get in contact with a real person and they are not honest with their help. Just automated answers to get you off the chat.

Dont expect to be able to speak to a person once you have placed an order here. You can use an automated chat system, but cannot chat with a real person. If you call, then you can speak to a sales person if you choose the phone option to place an order but there are no options if you select option, one is to already have placed an order. They do not care what happens once they get your order. I ordered contact lenses on December 19 and it is January 29 and they still have not been shipped.

Needed to change the lens prescription on a pair of glasses that I had just purchased. Couldn't get through their automated phone system to speak with a person. Paid a local store to fix them, ($$). Overall, a terrible experience! If I could have spoken with someone, it could have been a good experience.
