20 phone calls, 2 horribly made pairs returned, 2 lost packages!!!
Well, it's been 20 calls 18+ hours on the phone and still no resolution. I feel that this company is negligent and just does not care about customers
Read above. Worst company EVER! They sent me safety glasses with inch thick lenses, returned that pair. They took the safety glasses lenses, shaved them down put them in my new pair.
I got them the lenses were sticking out all over the frame, they were scratched, finger printed, and covered in shavings. They looked like they were dropped on factory floor! Also they were so heavy they fell down my face...returned those also. Then they had me pick out new frames I could not order from website cause they said they were having technical issues so I ordered through a rep and they said they had my prescription.
Next day I get email asking for script! I call they say no sir we have it. Next day the same thing again!! Email, call, we have it!!
Yes we are making your 2 pairs for you. They let me use a promo code to get 2 pairs. To date they still have not shipped, made, or contacted me about status. That was 10 days ago.
The 2nd original pair, the first time they shipped package got lost, after a week 9f being told that they were delivered they finally said actually sir we found the package and it got delivered to wring town, we are going tobredirect package you will have them in a few days. Well I waited a week, called and was told they are MANUFACTURING THEM!! what???
So I waited. Glasses are out for delivery i got out of the blue!
Then package was left at doorstep. I still GOT NO PACKAGE. So I was left to deal with shipping company, speedpak, well I was told by them after going back and forth with emails for 10 days, that they GPS tracked the delivery and it was left at a building next door to.my address!! And that it was up to me to go get it@!
Wth. So there is no place next to me. There is a storage locker facility next to.me which NO ONE IS AT!!So where is package #2?? Again call glasses usa and let them know that the package was list again!!!
So they say no worries we will send you out a new pair. Well that was about 10-12 days ago. I placed original order on SEPT 14, and to date I HAVE NO GLASSES!!! my glasses broke back arpund sept 13th and since then I've been using readers I am a tattoo artist so glasses are a fundamental need in my field.
For those of us who wear glasses we need them to see! I am beyond pissed!! I have had 20 phone calls with company, and i have spent around 18+ hours on the phone with this company. They have offered me NOTHING as like a compensation to make this better.
No next date shipping, free frames, not a THING!! At this point i want my glasses , For FREE, a refund, and an apology !!
I cannot warn Johnny q public enough, DO NOT USE GLASSES USA!! you will regret it

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. product was actually quite good, but they got the prescription wrong. twice.
Their glasses are good quality. But when they messed up the prescription twice, I am done with that company.
They make it easy to return and redo the order, but I am not doing that a third time. And they don't make it easy to get a refund.
Besides, they billed PayPal $587.15 for a $197 order. Accident or dishonest?

Order placed on Aug. 31, 2025.
Payment taken within 24 hr. with indication order would take 6-10 business days to complete.
Received 3 delay in production emails. Finally cancelled order Sept.23, 2025. Received confirmation of refund Sept.
23, 2025 stating to get refund 7-10 business days.
Called Oct 03,2025 agent Kate stated the days to receive refund had not reached 10 days.
CHAT with agent Ryan Wolfe Oct. 03, 2025 stated he would send an escalation order.
Called Oct. 08, 2025 (12 business days from Sept. 23, 2025), agent Justin and supervisor Amy stated another escalation would be done.
Neither would internally contact Billing to see why the overdue delay.
GlassesUSA email and all agents/supervisor to date have confirmed the refund to the card used was due Oct. 06, 2025 (10 business days from Sept. 23, 2025.
This refund contract has been broken.
I have requested the OVERDUE refund be immediately done. No further escalation delays; no further emails; no further "someone will call you within 24 hours"; no further my getting no results by calling 844-244-**** ext 2-2)

I was trying to track an order and needed to speak with a live person in customer service. It was impossible.
I was finally actually able to speak to someone with the new orders department even though they stated that they would not be able to assist with other matters. I had a concern about delivery time because I will be traveling out of town and didn't want the glasses left at my doorstep.

The absolute WORST experience of my life!
I ordered 2 pairs of glasses, they sent safety glasses with too thick lenses, exchanged, they put lenses in replacement pair, returned, still no glasses. 2nd pair list in transit.
Told they found it we will redirect, then got email saying we are making them.
Sent them out got list again!! Spent $350 on 2 pairs, it's been 3 months still NO GLASSES!!

I ordered glasses from them on April 21, and I did get them until May 27. Now, I’ve sent them back to Glasses USA, and once again I have to wait close to a month and still haven't gotten them back.
I’m upset with their turnaround time frame and received an email from them saying that they shipped out on the 7th of August, and I still have yet to get my glasses back. They are still in the process stages. I feel as though I should receive some rebate for my time and on the price of the delay, refunded back to my credit card in some type of way.
I'm really upset with Glasses USA's outcome. I called the store to see if getting glasses in-store would have a turnaround time of 4-10 business days out the door.

Laughable. Suppose to receive my order tomorrow on 10/12025. No advice.
Might be an outlier. I won't know until I place future orders.
Order was supposed to ship within 10 business days and today is the 1st of October so it's a little bit over that, but I at least expected a follow-up email just to say there might be a delay or that it was going to be shipped shortly. I have not been able to get hold of a customer service person to talk to.

CAN'T COMMUNICATE TO LIVE PERSON ONLINE. EXTREMELY HARD TO REACH LIVE AGENT.
WHEN I DID SHE WAS REALLY CONFUSED AND HUNG UP. SENT EMAIL AND RECEIVED CANNED RESPONSE TELLING ME TO GO ONLINE AGAIN.
ALL THIS BECAUSE I JUST WANTED TO KNOW IF THEY COULD SUPPLY A NOSE PAD FOR ONE OF THE TWO GLASSES I BOUGHT FROM THEM.

Verified ReviewerResolved: I find it difficult and frustrating when you are required to go through multiple prompts and still cannot communicate effectively with an actual person. Using AI for everything is not always the best
My primary concern/complaint with using GlassesUSA has been the challenges and hoops you have to go through to actually speak with a person. I have no issue with utilizing technology, but there needs to be a balance and EASIER access to requesting live personal assistance. The time I was able to speak with someone, I received the needed assistance in a courteous manner.
Not every situation can be handled effectively by automation.

I sent the glasses back 7/23/25. They have not shown received.
Tried calling but the phone system is set up to have you go in circles, never getting anything resolved. I guess they think you will give up and donate the $600 I spent.
What a joke of a company! I am forced to dispute with my AMEX.

I have tried umpteen times to get the issue resolved to no avail because I cant talk to a person! I bought two pair of glasses, similar but different.
One was called Ringo and I didnt like them and sent them back for refund. The second pair came and they were supposed to be transitions but werent.
They sent me another pair but no return label for the ones I had and they charged me again but did not refund the return. How do I get to a person who can look at my record and understand what happened?
