GlassesUSA - Refund
I sent Glasses USA a second email to receive my credit of $274.00 for a pair that I returned, based on their return policy. The glasses were returned on May 21, 2018 and this is over one month and I still have not received them.
They are using customers' money to fund their business. Glasses USA is holding my money even though I had ordered and paid for another pair on 5/18/2018.
There is no way to contact their billing department by phone. I had received an email after my first inquiry for a refund that the refund would be coming, but it has been over a month now and I still don't have it.
Beware if you expect a refund.

Monetary Loss: $274.
Preferred solution: Full refund.
