I ordered glasses and uploaded a prescription. The glasses and frames look good, but I could see nothing through them.
Although they say 100% satisfaction, when you read the return policy, you have 14 days to return for full return. I set the return process in motion the same day I received them, and, of course, their return page wouldn't print the return label for me. So, then I began to call and was told I would get an email in 2 days with a return label I could print.
7 days later with 2 more calls and 2 more emails, I finally got an email with a label to print and a note saying I had 6 days to get it to NY, or it would be processed. What a bunch of BS!
