GlassesUSA - NOT Customer Service Oriented AT ALL!
I ordered a prescription glasses for my daughter, they say both on the website and on the greeting message when you call them that it take 1 - 2 business days for production, yet, their customer service says NO it takes 3 days for production, NONETHELESS, ON THE 3rd Business Day, I have been told that the glasses are NOT EVEN in production YET!!!This is UNACCEPTABLE!
These are PRESCRIPTION Glasses, which are NEEDED for good vision, not some sunglasses ordered just for vanity!
What happened to the guarantee?No-one could even tell me WHY they are not in production yet or WHEN they will actually be in production.
