Placed and paid for glasses on sept. 12 and now it's oct.
4 and they still haven't even processed the order. I have call customer service 5 times, emailed 4 times and chatted online 3 times, all to no satisfaction. Standard answer, we have mailed sales and are waiting for their reply, it usually takes 2 days. It's been over a week and no replies from sales ever.
At this point I am out the payment and they are out a frequent customer. I have bought 8 pairs of glasses over the last two years and this is how I get treated.
Something is terribly wrong with their internal processes if this can happen and 8 attempts at resolving the issue go nowhere. I highly recommend you avoid this company at all cost.
