I purchased 2 pair of glasses from this company earlier this year, about 7-8 months ago. As you can see from the attached pictures, the left arm has totally disengaged from the glass on this pair.
Their solution was not to repair or replace glasses but for me to order another pair at a 50% discount. Since I had my ophthalmoligist's office put in $200 lenses, I had no choice but to reorder the same glasses again and have the lenses from the broken pair placed in new glasses. I am noticing the right arm on the glasses is loosening. I've learned my lesson.
No more internet eyeglass orders. Glassesusa.com does not stand by their product.
Speaking to their customer service reps is like talking to a rock. They stick to their script.
