I ordered Ray-Ban glasses on the 24th of March. It has been well over a month....and still no glasses. I have had every excuse in the book and have heard them 5 times over.
1. They are "in production" I got that one 4 times
2."They are having their "final inspection" got that one three times
3.Would you like to "speak to a supervisor" got that one only 1 time,
4."Oh they were mailed out today and you should have them in 2 to 3 days" Got that one eight times
5.DHL has picked them up but…I’m not able to give you a tracking number at this time.
6. They actually admitted to me that, somebody dropped the ball.
7. A million "I'm sorrys
These are expensive Ray-Bans…..even at Glassesusa expensive price. However here is the best part…….
Glassesusa could not send me the glasses in over a month………However they took the money out of my account in a New York second.
I have been kind, patient and very understanding of the whole situation…..but I am now ready to cancel my order. Do you feel that this is the correct way to give EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE??
