The first pair of glasses I ordered were the wrong frames. I sent them back and wanted my money returned.
They then called and said they would give me a heavy discount on the next pair. I gave them one more chance. It took 17 phone calls to get them to order the correct lenses. I spoke with several different agents who insured me that everything was correct then I would get an email stating differently.I am at the end of my rope.
I am not someone who upsets easily Even gave them the benefit of the doubt. Still now three weeks later with no glasses. I would never order through this company again.
When they wanted me to reconsider they were calling me. Now I can’t even get an answer.
