I and my husband have purchased several pair of glasses with them. I recently purchased glasses and I requested a refund within 10 minutes of purchasing these glasses.

I was told to fill out the RMA form. I did that. They said they would not continue the order. 2 days later I get an email saying the glasses are being processed.

I called again. They said it would be taken care of. I called again a week later after I did not receive my refund and am told the glasses were shipped. Then on the phone for 20 minutes trying to get a refund.

I asked for a manager and am told they can't call me for 2 days. They didn't take 2 days to take money from my credit card.
