I ordered a $340 pair of glasses that were not right and sent back the same day i received them under their 100% money back policy, dozens of emails sent, dozens of phone calls, every time the customer service rep changes my statement to credit from refund. I have received neither to date, i keep demanding a full refund, they keep playing their game saying your credit will be processed by the returns department. DO NOT WAIT, what I have done is the following,

Charge back through PayPal or credit card/ bank etc,,,

I also filed with the BBB in New york..

File with the FBI Internet crimes division,

keep writing reviews, sending letters to glassesusa investor Viola group which invested 12.5 million, they need to know that they are going to lose their money with these idiots.

plus dozens of other things against these crooks...
