I recently received one of MANY online adds from glassesusa.
The ad said buy progressives and get frame free. I carefully examined the add for exclusions which there were none.
After going through the whole ordering process when I tried to enter discount code - NOT valid.
I called the company and was frames I ordered were not available with discount code.
I asked to speak with a supervisor and was put on hold for 30 mins. the told supervisors were busy. I was told a supervisor would call me back that afternoon. NO CALL -NO SURPRISE!
I called the next day and after being forced to explain the problem AGAIN I lost my patience and said just put a supervisor on the line. I was put on hold and finally a very polite man named Ralph Manning came on the line.
He talked well but solved nothing! The add has been changed but I still have original!

Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Preferred solution: honor their advertisement.
I didn't like: Poor customer service and the company as a whole.
