I paid for expedited DELIVERY of glasses that the web site said would take 3 - 5 days. I said I was going on a trip and they should have been delivered LAST Friday (4-6-2018) I ordered them on "Your Order #101119773 (placed on March 28, 2018 1:25:45 PM PDT)" So they SHOULD have arrived in plenty of time.

They tried to deliver them on 4-9-2018 via DHL but I'm now in Houston. I simply asked for a refund of the extra $10 I spent on the 'expedited' delivery but they REFUSED.

I have no idea if the quality of these glasses are worth a darn, but their Service sucks and their arrogant attitude is worse.

They either LIE on their web site or have some fine print *** that covers their *** Never again! I'll pay local folks for sunglasses next time!!!

GlassesUSA Cons: Lousy service, Misleading terms of service, Arrogan response and total disregard for customer service.
