Broke my glasses and have been trying to get them replaced with the 20/20 Enhance Warranty that I purchased. I followed the instructions by sending an email to returns@glassesusa.com and received an email stating that the received my request and I would receive an email within 2 - 3 days about my return.

It has been 2 weeks and nothing, I followed up with 2 additional emails and still nothing.

I contacted the customer service department and the called was to the Phillipines and they said i will just have to wait until I get an email from the returns department.

I chatted with them and still no satisfaction. Why are they hiding from their customers? it's obvious, the products are cheaply made and break very easy and the warranty plan is as useless as their customer service.

i should learned my lesson from the other 3 pairs we purchased. DON'T use GlassesUSA it is a rip off.
