I purchased 2 pair of glasses in February or March 2017 and had my own lenses put in by my ophthalmologist's office. This week the whole left frame came apart from the lense.

See picture. I contacted Glassesusa. Their solution was not to repair or replace the defective frames. Their offer was for me to purchase a new pair of glasses and they would give me a 50% discount even though i advised them i had paid $200 for the lenses.

Big ripoff.

Be cautious when ordering from this company. They dont stand by their product and customer service ends once they get your money.
