I placed an order on 8/13/25 that hasnt arrived and I got an email stating the order was incomplete but the money was retrieved from my account. My soon needs his googles before his first game on 9/6/25.

Not easy speaking to live agent. After 3 or 4 different numbers..finally got one.

I find it difficult and frustrating when you are required to go through multiple prompts and still cannot communicate effectively with an actual person. Using AI for everything is not always the best

My primary concern/complaint with using GlassesUSA has been the challenges and hoops you have to go through to actually speak with a person. I have no issue with utilizing technology, but there needs to be a balance and EASIER access to requesting live personal assistance. The time I was able to speak with someone, I received the needed assistance in a courteous manner.
Not every situation can be handled effectively by automation.

glass frame too large. Did finally get a return label. Mailed back to company per the USPS label they provided. Glasses lost in transit. Have filed a lost package claim, no response. So I basically spent $168. for nothing. Will spend my day off tomorrow to see if Glasses USA can provide either a refund or a new pair of glasses.
