BEWARE OF CUSTOMER SERVICE

First off, I did not have a bad experience placing the order. I was told it takes 6 business days to receive my glasses.

I never got them.
12 days later.I looked into the tracking and it told me my order was still in production. This is when I had my issues! I went to chat and call and all i got was a digital representative that kept telling me they can not find my order Everything I put in was correct. Name, email, order # I got NO WHERE!

I did this all day long I was told they had technical difficulties
try back later in an email .All I wanted to do is speak with a human being!! Never got that! Sent a few nasty emails to them and heard back from a woman named, Janet Foster who spoke lovely words full of garbage.. She told me the email on file was wrong.

BULL!!!
She never answered why my glasses are still in production only told me that she located my glasses and if I want to change my email I Can!
I have to give them permission. really?? They are horrible to work with if you have problems
They were recommended as one of the top 10 companies when I researched! Not the top for me!

I am working with another company now and should receive my glasses in a more timely fashion without the bull##%+!

They got my money without any issues!!! My glasses should be free at this point!

I can't find a way to talk to a human--the customer service #s go to a recording only--the live chat is worthless. My issue can only be resolved by talking to a person.

Supposedly, my issue was delivered by "Pissed Customer" and read by Glasses USA--14 hours later and no response from Glasses USA. this is unacceptable for a company that advertises 24/7 customer service.

I order my glasses Sept 3 and it's Oct 8 and still don't have my glasses when I call I get automate service that no help at all

Help me get my glasses. I will not recommend glassesusa to anyone.

They have poor customer service. Know live help.

Paid for 3-5 day shipping and never received in that time frame. Unable to speak to a live person.

Worse experience dealing with anyone anywhere. I could not get through on the phone at all I kept getting swirled in circles back to the main menu I tried way to long because I couldn’t believe what was happening. I never got to speak to anyone and I still need my receipt for the glasses so I can submit it to my insurance.

Glasses USA is the worst company. I remember when I bought my 550$ glasses I never could get information if they were on the way. The glasses broke one year later and I bought a two year warranty, now I’m finding it very difficult to get new glasses. The people you talk to tell you something different every time. Oh yeah you will get new glasses they say. Then an e mail said you have to send the broken ones in the case it came in!!! Then you have to pay $30, then you have to pay shipping , then you have to send them the tracking number. Then you receive an email saying that didn’t get it the day you sent it. They didn’t get the tracking number or the item when you just sent it!!! So far I’m out $550 , plus $30, plus $25 for shipping. One year after the purchase. Very afraid that I won’t receive the same glasses and a credit to deal with them all over. What a horrible company!!!! Why can’t they tell you when you call if they have the same frame. You go through all this to be given a so called credit. If they don’t send the same glasses I will be so unhappy.. I will never recommend this company. So many company’s that have better service. It’s a gamble to use this company. On all the phone calls they ask you to rate them. From 1 to 5 , but when you press one which is poor rating it will not accept. This company is not in the USA and the employees are very hard to understand . They have been told to say dishonest statements. Not what you experience.
