Ordered glasses and canceled it three days after. Called on may 24th and was told two weeks for a refund. Now after calling on three different occasions I was told that they apologize and it will take possibly 30days now!! The customer service center sounds loud and unprofessional and I will never recommend this place to anyone!!! Thanks Tori Spelling for nothing!!

I ordered and within a few days they email me back saying they can't do the glasses for the price I paid for. I talked to somebody and promptly cancel and filled out a RMA. I'm told daily that someone will contact me about the order that been showing "hold" for weeks now. I filed a dispute with PayPal and the BBB and Glassesusa.com hasnt reply to either.
