Delayed and AWFUL Customer Service

My glasses were ordered on Feb 21, werent sent to production until 5 days later. My glasses were delayed in production.

I chatted with the agent and she said my glasses should be shipped before March 6 but they upgraded me to express shipping.

My glasses didnt ship until March 13, and not express shipping.

Just chatted with another agent that was not interested in helping. Said that if I dont receive the glasses by March 21 then I could contact them back. Then ended the chat!

This is the absolute worst customer service I have ever had.

Its hard to get in contact with a real person and they are not honest with their help. Just automated answers to get you off the chat.

No customer service help

Dont expect to be able to speak to a person once you have placed an order here. You can use an automated chat system, but cannot chat with a real person. If you call, then you can speak to a sales person if you choose the phone option to place an order but there are no options if you select option, one is to already have placed an order. They do not care what happens once they get your order. I ordered contact lenses on December 19 and it is January 29 and they still have not been shipped.

Needed to change the lens prescription on a pair of glasses that I had just purchased. Couldn't get through their automated phone system to speak with a person. Paid a local store to fix them, ($$). Overall, a terrible experience! If I could have spoken with someone, it could have been a good experience.

Just received 2d pair of glasses with the same problem wrong prescription It has been sent twice and stilll not right. I WANT SOMEONE TO CALL ME AT 956-266-**** i HAVE TRIED YOUR INEFFECTIVE CAT BOT AND HAVE GOTTEN NO WHERE.. i Have spent over $700 to get 2 pair of glasses my sunglasses are perfect...but my everyday pair have to wrong prescription I'm am very frustrated with your Company my next step is to seek legal advise to remedy this issue

False advertising

Ordered Costa Fantails with prescription lenses. First pair prescription completely wrong, months of return issues. Got replacement pair and the lenses are not Costa, they are cheap lab lenses put it the Costa frames. The lenses make vision brown, not even close to Costa lenses. Have better quality glare control from over glasses "cocoons" for $30. They do not use trademark lenses for any trademark glasses.

I ordered a pair of reading glasses. Very simple prescription. They came and I cant even see out of them. So blurry. They offered to make another pair with an updated prescription. My prescription was only a month old. Not happy at all!!

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. Finally got a chat with some one.

Suppose to be in production again, guess that had it wrong? Why I wasn’t notified of the delay I don’t know. Suppose to be done in6 days and expedited on express mail. We will see.

Found it very hard to reach their question answer, kept cutting it off and making you start over, over with same things. Anyway if you helped them or you Thanks.

I returned my glasses 2/14. I received a confirmation that the glasses were on their way back. I have not received information that they were received. I cant talk to a live person. Its been 15 days and I havent been credited or my insurance backed off so I can reorder. I am extremely frustrated.

After 3 weeks still no order. Tried to call company and no live person to talk to. Customer service is all automated and so is the online chat. I have no idea whats going on with my order and there is no one to talk to about it. This is beyond frustrating.

They would not return my glasses . After I exchanged them once . And I marked wrong on the survey it took me 40 minutes to find a way to get to talk to a real person. The web sites is circles always back to the same spot
