Emailed the company because I didn't get my second pair... The one I really wanted.

They the request was sent to production and I will hear in 1-2 days. 2 days later, I called. Asian voice says, Ok, I will send to production and you will hear in 1-2 days. I said that was done 2 days ago.

She said be patient. I will send it now. I waited 2 days. Chatted with them, this time, "The request was sent to production.

We are waiting to hear when they will produce and ship them" I asked for a new order number and was told they use the same one. Huh? How can you do that? That order was filled.

Next day chatted again. Same thing. The request is in to production, I will escalate this to supervisor. Ok, great, I said and the team member abuptly ended the chat.

GREAT COMPANY! .

Chatted again, This member promised to check into it and promised to email me ASAP. Don't buy from them company they are horrible.
