I had ordered glasses, had to go out of town, glasses shipped while away, upon my return tried them on and were defective, could not see, blurry...emailed and requested a return (I was aware of a restocking fee and had no problem with that) but was informed because I had exceeded the "14 day" time frame, they could not return or EXCHANGE...them. So now, I have to keep and pay for a defective product that I can not use.
Their customer service is absolutely horrible.
Their representatives must work out of a call center as they have no idea or knowledge about eyeglasses. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY....THEY ARE DECEPTIVE....
Reason of review: Damaged or defective.
Monetary Loss: $250.
Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
