2nd replacement pair of glasses are not up to par

This is a replacement for the glasses I ordered in Sept. That had the wrong lense strength.

The first pair was nice and tight and perfect fitting, plus the grey photochromic worked incredible! The first pair was in a faux leather case and had a booklet(from Italy). This replacement pair is what I think is recycled. It has bent arms to fit someone else's face, also the photochromic is not working hardly at all even in direct sunlight and barely can be seen.

This has been going since I ordered Sept 15 and I need to have glasses. This time I am requesting you send me a new pair(preferably from Italy) that has actually been tested and has photochromic that works like the first one did. I need glasses because of the stroke I had and I can't wait another 2 or 3 weeks for you to get the return and send me another pair. Please send me a new pair that has been tested and isn't bent or "recycled" and as soon as I get them I'll send these back with your next day service.

This is the 11th day and I really tried to put up with these, I just feel ripped off and need a pair that actually work properly. Please help me with this, thank you John Miller

Computer customer service

I could never speak to a real person. Even their chat on line is a computer , no way to talk to anyone on the phone.

Regretful purchase

I received poor eyeglasses, I could not see clearly through them , very blurry. My prescription was fine. I tried to return for exchange or refund to no avail. All I got was a BOT to chat with which went no where. I did not receive a label to ship the glasses back. There is virtually no customer service.

they need a Live Person for customer service, I think my issue could have been taken care of in 5 mins, it was very difficult only having a text chat. They need to hire a live person as back up. There competition does

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

Do not use!!!

I ordered a name brand pair of glasses and an off brand pair. Two weeks later, they say the name brand pair is sold out, even though its still showing on the website.

I asked for a refund. Via text - YOU CAN NOT TALK TO A REAL PERSON - no matter how hard you try. I asked to cancel - they referred me to a web form. They say they already shipped the cheap pair, so they can refund.

This is a bait and switch site. They advertise name brand products and then switch them to they own non brand. I just want my money back.

They are also sending all correspondence to my wife's email address someone.

the account I set up doesn't even show the orders. BEWARE GlassesUSA.com

No way of returning for refund

Bad Glasses. I could not see through them, very blurry. Prescription was fine. I tried to return for exchange or refund. No chance. All I got was some BOT to chat with, which went nowhere. No way of contacting anyone. I got no return label sent to me after multiple attempts. I had to take the loss.

Only got a text about glasses being processed on October 25th. Never got an email about my order. No one can find the glasses but money was taken out of my bank account. Paid extra to get them sooner 3 to 5 days and still no one knows about the order and no one to speak to about this mess.

The glasses I received were the wrong prescription I sent them back immediately gf or a pair with the correct prescription and have tried repeatedly to get in contact with them with no sucess.

Wrong prescription on glasses they sent. All I have asked is for another pair done correctly. For months!!! No way to speak to a customer rep. They have several hundred dollars that I paid them!!! This company is the biggest joke ever. No response except for a hundred emails trying to sell me glasses!!!

Production for 7 *** days

It said UP TO 3 days for production. My glasses are on day 7!!! What is happening? I would like my express shipping refunded. 3-5 day shipping makes no difference when Im waiting 2 weeks for my order.
