Verified Reviewer2nd replacement pair of glasses are not up to par

This is a replacement for the glasses I ordered in Sept. That had the wrong lense strength.
The first pair was nice and tight and perfect fitting, plus the grey photochromic worked incredible! The first pair was in a faux leather case and had a booklet(from Italy). This replacement pair is what I think is recycled. It has bent arms to fit someone else's face, also the photochromic is not working hardly at all even in direct sunlight and barely can be seen.
This has been going since I ordered Sept 15 and I need to have glasses. This time I am requesting you send me a new pair(preferably from Italy) that has actually been tested and has photochromic that works like the first one did. I need glasses because of the stroke I had and I can't wait another 2 or 3 weeks for you to get the return and send me another pair. Please send me a new pair that has been tested and isn't bent or "recycled" and as soon as I get them I'll send these back with your next day service.
This is the 11th day and I really tried to put up with these, I just feel ripped off and need a pair that actually work properly. Please help me with this, thank you John Miller

Do not use!!!
I ordered a name brand pair of glasses and an off brand pair. Two weeks later, they say the name brand pair is sold out, even though its still showing on the website.
I asked for a refund. Via text - YOU CAN NOT TALK TO A REAL PERSON - no matter how hard you try. I asked to cancel - they referred me to a web form. They say they already shipped the cheap pair, so they can refund.
This is a bait and switch site. They advertise name brand products and then switch them to they own non brand. I just want my money back.
They are also sending all correspondence to my wife's email address someone.
