20% RIPOFF
I waited almost a month to receive my prescription glasses and they where the wrong lenses. I did not want to wait again for them especially since they lie about the time that the delivery will take in their emails.
I did not carefully read the so called 100% satisfaction guarantee. The guarantee is for store credit only. You will not have your credit card credited for the full purchase price of your prescription glasses. There is a so called 20% restocking fee that will be subtracted from your original purchase price.
I will be paying for their mistake. RIPOFF, BUYER BEWARE!!!

Not Real, Its a SCAM!
I ordered THREE weeks ago, STILL WAITING ON TRACKING #, (WEBSITE STATES 3 DAYS, THEN 7 SHIPPING,) I CALLED TWICE AND NO INFO GIVEN, I ASKED INFO ABOUT THE COMPANY, THEY DIDNT ANSWER.. I REALLY THINK I GOT SCAMMED!
I wasn't even supplied a tracking number and they wouldn't give me one... scammed! It's not BBB certified either, don't lose your money to these type of people, when I called (twice) the Rep's just gave me the run around and wouldn't tell me nothing about my order.
I asked info. about the company and they just told me it was in New York City, and no other info.

ON-LINE, NEW YORK -- I purchased a pair of glasses from GlassesUSA.com that seemed fine until I wore them. I got a good deal for Progressive frameless $168.00. Unfortunately the glasses caused me to be dizzy and off balance and I couldn't focus. They were horrible. I sent an email request to GlassesUSA.com to return them and received template responses "One of our return agents will get back to you within 2-3 business days". Yet GlassesUSA.com says at there website that they have a 14 day return policy.
After waiting a week with no response from GlassesUSA.com returns dept. I returned the glasses - and a week later still no refund or response. CRAZY. This company - GlassesUSA.com is a ripoff! They are crooks. RUN RUN RUN do not buy your glasses because if you have a problem they will not respond - they will not give you a refund. DO NOT BUY GLASSES FROM GLASSESUSA.COM. RUN

Groupon Scam
I just recently bought a Groupon voucher worth $100 for credit towards buying glasses from GlassesUSA, however when I tried to redeem the voucher that I purchased, the GlassesUSA website said that my code is not valid. I have tried to contact GlassesUSA through the phone numerous times to see what is wrong with my code but this has all been to no avail. I am a hardworking citizen and after googling reviews for this company, I came across this page and now I am furious that I basically just threw away my hard earned money, but most importantly I am disappointed in Groupon for endorsing such a scam.

Deceptive and slow
I'm disappointed with GLassesUSA.
I don't like their deceptive wording regarding "free" returns that have a 20% Restocking fee.
I don't like that I still haven't gotten my order. My order was placed a month ago. It still hasn't even shipped.
I don't like that I had to use a coupon code to get a decent price. Do use a code if you buy from GlassesUSA. Google it for current one. Or just use Warby Parker for a decent price all the time. Unfortunately Warby Parker needs to broaden their selection. Ugh. Boring.
I'll post again if the problem gets worse or if the quality is unacceptable. Wuh wuh so much for a quick fun pair of glasses with my new prescription... this is taking waaaay longer than Warby Parker did and they have a genuine free return policy.

Don't get fooled by this website. It is no good at all.
They took money from my account before 5 minutes had passed. They could not make my glasses. That was 3/25/18. I am still waiting for them to tell me when they can return my money.
No one has answers . G.No one will tell you anything even if they do know something. I am now involving a Lawyer.
It's a headache you don't want or need. Don't do it.
