After 6 weeks of ordering, I received my glasses yesterday. I am shock to see the poor quality of the product and to top it up, the prescription is wrong. I have been trying to talk to some body but with no luck. How can those companies be in business? Just be aware before ordering, check the real reviews, not the one written by the staff at Glasses USA. I wil never buy again and I want as many people as possible to be aware of rio off company like this that have ni ethic in doing business. Stay away from them.

What a *** company. I ordered a pair dec 20 2014. I am in Canada , in Montreal. Dec 30 , the glasses left Chicago to go to Frankfurt, Germany. Last update Jan 11, they are still in Germany. I am asking for a refund since we are Jan 15 and no glasses. They give the BS that the glasses need to be lost to get a refund. The *** customer service rep is a total ***. I tell him that at this point, they are lost. Thank God I paid by PAYPAL and I am opening a case today. STAY AWAY FROM THOSE FLIGHT BY NIGHT.

1st pair- noticeable glue, cheap looking frames, white line around lens that was very apparent. Customer Service said I would have to pay restocking fee even though the product was not as advertised. Ordered 2nd pair and they are not comfortable, there is no bend to part that goes behind your ear (AT ALL), so they literally just fall off your face. Chatted with customer service and they said to watch a youtube video on how to fix them. Tried it and the frames are still extremely uncomfortable and falling off my face. I have ordered 5 pairs of glasses from other companies in previous years and did not have these issues. I would never order from them, waste of $100.

So Much For "NO HASSLE RETURNS" | GlassesUSA review

I ordered a pair of glasses, specifically from my prescription. I could not see through the lens when they arrived. My vision was cloudy and gave me a headache when wearing them. I immediately contacted the company asking to return them. They emailed me a return shipping label and I sent them back the following day. This has been a month ago and I STILL have not received a refund. I do not want another pair, just my money returned. I have sent numerous emails and spoken to two so called "Customer Service Rep's". Still nothing. I should have known better than to order from them. I didn't have a good feeling about this but submitted the order anyway. I will NEVER try to cut costs by ordering something so important on line. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!! There is no such thing as NO HASSLE RETURNS!

I ordered prescription sunglasses in early August. I received an email about a week later stating that they were "held up" by FDA inspections. This "hold up" lasted about a week. I finally received them almost 3 weeks after my order. The "from" address was an individual, which I thought was weird. I am siding with other customers and thinking that the glasses are manufactured outside of the USA and then shipped here. The prescription isn't even close to right! The frames don't look like the pictures on the website. I'm dreading the return process after reading other reviews. I guess I'll just be out the $100.
