It's impossible to get anyone on the phone. This is the second time I've returned the glasses because I can't see out of them. It looks like I'm walking up a hill with them on. I've waited over a month to have my return processed and my new glasses are not any better. Horrible company! Spend your money elsewhere!

When I asked for a refund, they tried to sell me more pairs of glasses. They say free shipping and returns--NOPE. I paid to return my glasses. They charged me a 20% restocking fee! Where did I see that? Was it on a web page that I had to click three different buttons to get to? Gee, did they have to walk 20 feet to restock my glasses. YOU KNOW how a pair of glasses takes up as much space as a sofa. There is nothing else to say. I won't use them again. Ever. Ever. Ever. Ever. Ever. Ever.

I recently bought a pair of eyeglasses, and asked for polarized lenses (which is a non visible coating), and I received a pair with DARK lenses, that I couldn't even see through or be able to tell if they were prescription or not. They were so dark, they freaked out my cats when I tried them on and looked at them. This is where the night mare started. when trying to get an exchange for the pair I wanted initially, all I got was, what everyone else on this board is complaining about, bad communication, miscommunication on their part, misreading my emails, indicating that I wanted an exchange, and they were ready to issue a refund , or credit.. The next few weeks led me to be treated poorly on the phone by "customer service", and hung up on... I am at a loss for words when I try to describe my experience with this joke of a company to other people. Obviously they are not approved by the Better Business Bureau, for good reason. If you want to lose money, waste time, and want to get angry enough to punch through a wall, then yes, purchase something from this "company".

I don't know if these people can't read, or don't care, or just plain ***, it has been nightmare dealing with them. I had to send to them my prescription 4 times, talked to them 3 times asking them to change the color of my frames, and after that they told me they couldn't process my order because I haven't paid the additional $30 to add the prism, which I paid on the day the order was placed, July 29. 2015. After a complaint, I received an email apologizing telling me they now have everything they need and will work on my order right away, then today, I received an email announcing 'GREAT NEWS, YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN SENT TO PRODUCTION...' Today is August 13, when I should have received my glasses already.

I was about to make a purchase at GlassesUSA, but their online "recommendation" insisted me to purchase the anti-reflective which was $29 at the time. When I opted for the cheapest, I was prompted with their option of adding the anti-reflective for just $9 more........hmmm, catchy. That was when I closed the browser and shopped at Zenni instead. Plus, at least Zenni is backed by BBB; whereas GlassesUSA isn't a BBB member. So, shop at your own risk. Even with their Welcome50 coupon code, I was paying more than Zenni. Additionally, the Welcome50 and many other coupon codes do not work if you buy from their low-end frames. Just be extra cautious if you choose to shop from GlassesUSA.

EXTREMELY CHEAPLY MADE | GlassesUSA review from Denver, Colorado

First and last time customer - - paid over $200 for a pair of sunglasses that arrived with a large gash in the upper corner of the frame. The flaw is very visible. I don't quite understand how it got past their proclaimed "5-point inspection process" The frames themselves are also crooked and don't sit on my face properly. The glasses were shipped in a hard glasses case inside a small box with no other padding or stabilization. Your could hear them bagging around inside the box. LOW quality product and construction. You'd be better off buying glasses from a gas station. I am not happy about having to pay a 20% restocking fee, even though it was disclosed up front. This sucks. Just initiated my return today. Hopefully I won't encountered any further problems. BTW, I have purchased glasses online before from another company and was happy with that purchase.
