NOT Customer Service Oriented AT ALL!

I ordered a prescription glasses for my daughter, they say both on the website and on the greeting message when you call them that it take 1 - 2 business days for production, yet, their customer service says NO it takes 3 days for production, NONETHELESS, ON THE 3rd Business Day, I have been told that the glasses are NOT EVEN in production YET!!! This is UNACCEPTABLE! These are PRESCRIPTION Glasses, which are NEEDED for good vision, not some sunglasses ordered just for vanity! What happened to the guarantee? No-one could even tell me WHY they are not in production yet or WHEN they will actually be in production.

This is what is stated under ABOUT US on their website. For all orders in the U.S, you can expect to get your glasses within a few days of placing your order, as well as benefit from free shipping. Well I ordered on 12/28 and my glasses are yet to arrive. I have email telling me they have shipped , but their website still shows them in Quality Assurance. I called asking for tracking info if they have shipped. None available. Also did an RMA on the same day, still to get credit. They are not very friendly when you call to ask about your order- act like you are bothering them. UGH! I should have just gone to walmart! Get better service there!

They Are Really Bad

Their service is slow. They always make mistakes and THEY SPAM ME no matter how many times I unsubscribe They are really bad. Not worth the money. I have also asked many times that they remove me from their email lists but they never do. I will never order from them again. They promise "express" shipping but it sometimes takes three weeks or more. Stay away from this company. Their service is slow. "It's Policy" apparently not to assist customers

I ordered glasses a month ago, the GlassesUSA software managed to remove the street address of both my shipping and billing addresses, but they still put them in the mail! Can you imagine? Of course, the post office cannot deliver without a street address so they were rejected. GlassesUSA says they still don't have them back -- but they do have my $187. Their customer service is the worst I have ever encountered, reading from scripts. Each individual said the same thing, word-for-word. After a month, I finally got hold of a supervisor, who had the audacity to suggest that perhaps I did not provide them with a street address!!!! What???? They actually believe I would provide an Apt # for billing and a Suite # for shipping, but just forget to type in the street addresses? I don't think so. So, very long story short -- stay away unless you don't need your glasses in a timely manner and you don't need your money returned timely, either. As they've told me "it's policy."

Ordered and paid for a pair of glasses. I checked the tracking, it said the address was wrong so the glasses weren't delivered and were sent back. Kept tracking the package and it said they ended up being delivered in another complete state and I got an email saying they were delivered to my address. When I saw that the address was j correct on the label and were returned to shipper, I called glasses USA and the guy refused to give me a refund without knowing where the glasses were. I even sent a request to the shipping company, and my package was unable to be found apparently. Two months later, no glasses and no refund. Complete *** company.

Quality Sucks

Bought wire rimmed glasses 6 months ago, broke temple first month, cannot replace had to purchase an entire empty frame in order to get temple, broke same temple about a month ago, cannot keep buying frames just to get a temple. I initially selected company on the basis of cost. I should have read negative reviews before I purchased. Woulda, Coulda, Shoulda. Cost savings shot. Incidentally I am 60 years old and haven't broken a pair of glasses in 40 years, so I don't think I'm especially hard on glasses. I do not object to replacing temple, but I think its ridiculous to have to buy an entire frame to do so. From now on I'll buy locally where I can get replacement parts if needed.

A few months ago I ordered a pair of glasses from GlassesUSA and thought since it had a 100% Money Back Guarantee and a 365 day Warranty that they would stand my their frames and lenses. However, my frames broke (thru nothing I did) and they asked for a picture. I sent a picture of the broken frames and they offered me 50% off on my next pair. They run this special and others like it everyday in emails I receive. After asking a number of times to fix the glasses or give me a new pair... they refused!!! I wish I had read the reviews before I purchased this pair. I had liked them and the ease it took to order and thought I would order more. But I see now they are very cheaply constructed and GlassesUSA does not stand by their Guarantee it was a real waste of money!! I will also put this on social media so hopefully, no one else will lose their money ordering from this company.

GlassesUSA - Shipping Service Review

I placed my order earlier in the month and have yet to receive anything. I've called this company multiple times to see how far along they are with production and every time I am informed that they will be sending my order out very soon. I keep asking when should I expect my glasses to be shipped/would they be willing to provide an estimate, but it's the same response. This is my first time ordering from GlassesUSA and I'm thinking it should be my last.

Not Good!

I ordered glasses and uploaded a prescription. The glasses and frames look good, but I could see nothing through them.

Although they say 100% satisfaction, when you read the return policy, you have 14 days to return for full return. I set the return process in motion the same day I received them, and, of course, their return page wouldn't print the return label for me. So, then I began to call and was told I would get an email in 2 days with a return label I could print.

7 days later with 2 more calls and 2 more emails, I finally got an email with a label to print and a note saying I had 6 days to get it to NY, or it would be processed. What a bunch of BS!

First pair of glasses made me dizzy. The lenses seemed poor quality, it was like looking through plexiglass.

Second pair was not coated with AR even though I requested it. Will not purchase from here ever again.

Never Buy Progressive Lenses Online!

Progressive lenses require accurate measurements for the positioning of the "sweat spot" in each lense. This is done by a human when doing in a doctor's office. They line up each pupil and mark it on the sample lense of the selected lenses. This is impossible when ordering online. They guess by using an "average" measurement. Unless you're "average", chances are the sweat spots won't line up with each other, meaning if you find it in one lense, you probably wont be lined up properly in the other. This is my personal experience. Disappointing to say the least. I won't try this again.

Customer service weak link in a decent product line

Glasses that I received from Glasses USA fit well with good clarity in the lenses. The downside is the frame design causes the nose pads to fall off with regularity. I have requested new pads twice. The first time, 6 pads showed up in the mail 6 weeks later after three follow-up requests. The second time, 2 pads showed up after I waited10 weeks including two more "where are the nose pad" queries. Fortunately, I was able to purchase the needed pads in quantity from an outside supplier using Amazon which arrived promptly and at a moderate cost. The customer service aspect of Glasses USA is pathetic.

Never Buy From Glasses USA

Did not receive glasses order before leaving for a lengthy out-of-town trip. When I returned I had received wrong order. Instead of one pair of computer glasses and one non-prescription pair of sunglasses, I received two pairs of computer glasses that were way too strong. I requested to return glasses, was sent a link to print a return label. I was unable to print the label. Kept telling me the email address was not the one associated with the account, and because of other pressing concerns did not deal with this until approximately two weeks later. I contacted them about the failure-to-print, was told to do what I had already done. When I explained this to them and gave them the message I was receiving, I was told that they will not refund my money that I was outside of the return period Never order from this company.

I'm still waiting a month now for glasses I don't even have a tracking number as yet so they have not shipped.I called customer service 3 times and all they say is they will contact shipping and let me know what is going on.They never have called back nor e mailed. I don't even know what I'm going to get for glasses That may be a shock.STAY AWAY from these crooks.Unfortunately now I'm stuck and just have to wait for them to be delivered and hopefully they are usable.If not it seems that getting a refund is almost impossible.Ya just my luck they will show up wrong or broken Then the games begin
