The frame I ordered was not as appeared on their site. I contacted them to return it over 2weeks ago and they acknowledged receipt of my return email but have not sent me the return postage/barcode. They have a 2week return policy so I am pissed that they are not responding.

Horrible business with the worst customer service I have ever encountered. Rude is a understatement, more like we will cut you off, yell and say things like "I dont care!" hidden fees and dates, days to get responses by email, purposely delayed manufacturing and shipping dates... Dumbfounded...The price doesn't justify the experience.

Literally the worst company in existence. Placed an order online and canceled it 10 minutes later. And still have not received my refund in 14 days. I've called at least 15 times and get told the same thing each time "we're going to do an express return for you so you'll be getting it soon"

Ordered glasses and canceled it three days after. Called on may 24th and was told two weeks for a refund. Now after calling on three different occasions I was told that they apologize and it will take possibly 30days now!! The customer service center sounds loud and unprofessional and I will never recommend this place to anyone!!! Thanks Tori Spelling for nothing!!
